ive found the following. just wondering if they will work with the stock parts, and i need to figure out what prop adapter i would need as well. to take the 10x5 graupers

have you been seeing people run the 28mm motors on the 450's? just curious, are they the same bolt pattern?

i'm gonna be trying suppo motors here shortly. they got 2 of those bearings you got in your motor in one end, then the one at the base is 12mm diameter. The adapters are on the grapner site to go direct, if 4mm shaft, they got a cheap one shipping sometime this week, that's my wait. On the site i got my suppo, they said 3s, but where i've been getting them for my 3d planks, they've ran em 4s and had no problems. There in the same price range, in fact the second link is a relabled one. You can see em a mile away, chrome with gold.

looking at the sunnysky motors 22's it looks like the bolt pattern is 16/19mm
the pattern for the 28's is 19/25

While it might be overkill for the f450 frame, the Avroto motors are a nice choice. They are super smooth and will mount in one direction on the f450 frame without drilling. They are super smooth and will provide excellent lift if you want to carry extra gear like a gimbal and camera. You can run 11X47 props. Here is a link to the motors. http://hobby-drones.com/opencart/index.php?route=product/product&path=57&product_id=59
